Exactly they are not overrated, just overpaid.

I would argue Toews is underrated right now with all the spotlight this offseason.

The title of the blog is overrated in division, not overrated from each team in division. It seems he doesnt think anyone on the Wild are overrated.

I’m not. This is a rare moment where I agree with RW. I’ve always felt he was vastly overrated.

Pick the ex Penguins-a-thon continues. Shocked he didn’t pick Bortuzzo as his Blues selection. No Minnesota player, no Nashville player. Maybe those teams don’t have any overrated players(Parise, Subban, Josi, Rinne?)

I agree with Bouwmeester being on that list. I believe the Blues would have bought him out this summer if he hadn't been injured so we are stuck with this bad contract.

After reading this and your analysis of the Pacific division, you are confusing the words "overrated" and "overpaid". I am not disagreeing that players who are overpaid tend to also be overrated, however your main argument point for almost each individual tends to look at AAV. Maybe you if you were to draw some kind of price vs performance ratio (AAV vs Corsi), you could draw more accurate conclusions. Just my $0.02...

Still find it funny when Hawks fans were comparing Toews to Crosby, like they were at the same level because leadership...
